A Measured Building Survey is the detailed, scaled and accurate measurement of an existing building’s physical features, dimensions, and characteristics and focuses on the dimensions, geometry and layout of the structure. 

A Measured Building Survey produces:

• Floor Plans to scale
• Elevations (façade) – internal or external
• Sections through building
• Room dimensions and structural details
• 3D Models or laser scanning point clouds, if requested
